I just became an MCAD (read Microsoft Certified Application Developer) on 3rd Feb. I had written the last of the three exams - in SQL Server - and scored 93%. I am so happy, because I consider this a milestone in my life.

We had the team-building activity from NPOWER at the Hazelwood Castle Hotel, last Friday. It was great fun and I enjoyed the entire day, though I ended up a little too exhausted. We had this game of "The Mona Lisa" affair and our team came the second. I also got a special momento for my "Tom Cruise Mission Impossible" act for hanging on a "trapeze" during the game. The whole thing made my day... including the great food and great company!
