QotD: Martin Luther King Jr. Day
Today is Martin Luther King Jr. Day. What's your strongest memory or impression of King's contributions?
I know this is not going to sound impressive. But whenever I hear his name, I get reminded that a few years ago I discovered that my Dad went to a Lutheran church long long ago... and that there are so many things about him I don't know. It makes me realize that neither does my parents know who I am, nor do I know who they are.
